Kate and associates worked to organize and develop a team that was organizing a large event to address an important system issue. Kate and associates worked with the team lead to hone in desired outcomes and objectives of the event: what did the team lead hope to accomplish. We facilitated content area subcommittees to more efficiently manage members so that a clear, streamlined, do-able agenda could be crafted.

With a clear agenda, we intentionally designed activities and tasks directing the subcommittees to the desired outcomes. Event participants were invited to engage in dialogue, collaboration, and generating of ideas. The event was well received by participants, and content subcommittees were set up to devise strategies to manifest ideas and solutions generated during the event.
